Bookings and memberships
Court reservations, lessons, events and memberships are subject to the schedules, prices and cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking through our booking platforms or by our staff.
Facility use and assumption of risk
Padel and pickleball are physical sports. You participate at your own risk, are responsible for ensuring you are fit to play, and agree to follow club rules, staff instructions and posted safety guidelines. Appropriate athletic footwear and conduct respectful of other players are required.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Padel FVR is not liable for personal injury arising from normal sporting activity, or for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to our facilities.

The content of this website (text, images, logos, video) belongs to Padel FVR or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. We may update the site and these terms at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province where the relevant club is located (Québec or British Columbia) and the federal laws of Canada.
