Padel FVR ("we", "us") operates padel and pickleball clubs in Montréal and Vancouver and the website padelfvr.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message, used only to respond to your inquiry.
- Bookings and memberships: court reservations and memberships are handled by our booking partners (such as the Padel FVR app and its booking platform). The information you provide there is governed by those services' own privacy policies.
- Analytics and advertising: we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools only set cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you have accepted, the email address, phone number and name you enter in the contact form may be shared with Google in hashed form to measure which ads lead to inquiries.
How we use your information
We use the information above to answer your questions, manage bookings and events, improve our website and services, and promote our clubs. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (booking platforms, email delivery, analytics), and only as needed for those purposes.
Retention and your choices
